Royal Mail Special Delivery services are provided free of cost within the UK.

Returns 

For the benefit of our environment and natures stunning resources we do not hold any stock, all pieces are made to order. We do not offer a refund policy for any items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, we will do our best to make this right. If an item has been damaged in transit or defective and once the item has been returned for review a full refund (excluding a shipping charge of £10) may be issued to your original card.
