The Brand

Laura Le Blan is a celebration of colour, form, and story. Inspired by the intersection of art and the natural world, the brand subverts traditional jewellery archetypes by blending heritage craftsmanship with modern design techniques. The result is a collection of striking, unusual fine jewellery made for those who view style as a form of personal storytelling.

Form, Function, and Play

Jewellery should be as dynamic as the person wearing it. That’s why versatility is baked into the DNA of my designs. I love creating "two-in-one" pieces that offer a playful element of surprise:

    •    Reversible Necklaces: Flipped to be worn on both sides, ensuring the ‘back’ is just as detailed and beautiful as the front.

    •    Rotatable Rings: Designed with different colour stories that can be spun on your finger to reveal entirely new details.

While my designs are bold, they are never high-maintenance. Comfort is non-negotiable. Many of our styles feature a signature ‘comfort fit,’ and utilizing smooth bezel settings or softened claws so your jewellery never catches on your clothes or your life.

Every finished piece is a collaborative triumph, crafted by many hands—each an expert in their respective field. We are deeply committed to ethical practices, casting our collections using recycled fine metals and pairing them with sustainably sourced stones.

A Little About Me

Music has been the heartbeat of my life for as long as I can remember. My journey began with years of dedicated training across the recorder, clarinet, piano, and voice—eventually leading me to the Royal College of Music. During my time there, I found myself constantly drawn to the V&A Museum, mesmerized by the intricate details of the jewellery and fashion galleries. This fascination with craftsmanship, combined with my later studies in music and film composition at Bristol University, shaped the way I see the world: as a blend of history, performance, and narrative.

As a musician, my heart lies in the recorder—an instrument with a rich, historic repertoire that often surprises people with its vast, modern, and theatrical potential. Just as I love finding those rare, exhilarating pieces of contemporary music that push the boundaries of a traditional instrument, I have become equally passionate about jewellery that bridges the gap between heritage and modern innovation.

I have always been drawn to designers who take the best of traditional craftsmanship and reimagine it into something new, unusual, and striking.

After university, I spent many years immersed in the fashion wholesale industry, working closely with independent boutiques and major department stores. Throughout that time, I was constantly refining my vision, dreaming of a brand that embodied the same theatricality and precision I found in my music.

That moment has finally arrived. I am absolutely delighted to welcome you to my website and to share this collection with you.
